Regional cheese specialties: We serve a savory, homemade Emmental cheese blend—fresh from the pan and made with cheeses from local dairies—accompanied by crispy bread.

Whether using extra-long fondue forks right over the open fire or from the rustic cauldron—cooking under the open sky is fun and brings people together.

A Fondue Party at the Location of Your Choice

Your fondue get-together can take place in the woods, at your favorite spot along the Emme River, in your backyard, or by an idyllic little stream—any reasonably accessible location is possible. We don’t provide barbecue areas, but we’re happy to help you choose a suitable location. Since the fire burns in bowls and doesn’t come into direct contact with the ground, you don’t have to worry about damage or messy debris. For larger groups of 20 or more, the pot is heated over a gas flame.
